The best service I have EVER received. Lost heat & hot water and Daniel restored and fixed it within an hour of calling. Unbelievably fast response. Almost immediate appointment. Clear & timely arrival. Polite, very intelligent and took the time to explain what had happened and how he was fixing it. I am beyond impressed and will continue to use Galaxy for all my Plumbing, Heating & Air conditioning issues, repairs & maintenance. I can’t thank Daniel enough.

I couldn’t be happier with this company. Daniel returned a missed call, not knowing who it was and which he didn’t have to, and asked if I needed help. He tried to first diagnose the tankless water heater issues over the phone free of charge; however, the system ultimately needed to be looked at in person. Daniel showed up at 8:00pm that night after working a full day to see what the issue was. In the end we did have to replace the tankless water heater. Daniel came out the very next day to do a brand new tankless install, which took about three hours. Amazing work and responsiveness from this company!

Daniel at Galaxy Plumbing did a phenomenal job installing my Navien NPE-240A2 Tankless Water Heater. He is super knowledgeable and went above and beyond on making sure every little detail was taken care of during the install process. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great customer service & a solid product!

I called for help on the morning of Christmas Eve and Daniel showed up and fixed my sink within 3 hours! He saved the day and was very professional and kind in the process. I will definitely work with them again if i have any other plumbing or hvac issues.

We had a gas leak at our home and the gas company understandably had to shut us off for our own safety. Of course this happened on a Friday around lunchtime and we had guests staying from England. I called a lot of plumbers and finally found Ori, from Galaxy Heating and Air. He was at my house within an hour, assessed the situation and gave me a price to trace and fix the leak. The following morning two of his guys, Miguel and Pablo showed up and worked diligently to trace the leak and then Ori proposed a repair solution. Amazingly they finished the repair in one day although we could not get the gas on until Monday. Ori and his team responded quickly, worked hard, charged a reasonable price and left our home in a clean condition. Fantastic Service in my hour of need and I could not of been happier. Highly Recommended

Daniel came out quickly to switch out my Mom's thermostat and fuse, and got the heater working again. The price was fair and the service and communication excellent.

I used their services several times. They always show up on time and reliable. Clean and quick to address any issue or fix! They truly care about their customers. If you are renovating your home and need an expert plumbing service, or if you have to address a leak or simply need a water filter replacement, they do it all, and well! Highly Recommended.
